Hi, my name is Seth Whitehead I am a qualified furniture Restorer, Designer and Maker. I spend my days caring for damaged furniture and my evenings adopting new methods and techniques to help evolve my love and understanding for the exceptional craft that is Furniture Restoration.

For all my life i have exercised the creative muscle of my brain starting with fine art, illustration and graphic design at The Kent Institute of Art and Design, it was here I received my National Diploma.
After a short time out I decided I wanted to be more hands on and physical with my talent, I then started a years apprenticeship with Carol Gibbon of Adorn Upholstery and it was here that I found my love for the restoration of fine furniture. This led me back to my studies where I achieved a Higher National Diploma in Furniture Design, Craft and Restoration.

I am now 30 and have been working as a restorer for 7 years, on my own and alongside other skilled restorers such as RGA Forster, T.J. Caswell and T.J.Smith, who offered me their long term knowledge and experience in this profession.
